Returns & Replacement Policy

At B.E.S.T. Cosmetics & Skincare, your satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our facility and are committed to ensuring your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

7-Day Damaged Item Replacement Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to request a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping box must be provided.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that were received damaged and meet the requirements outlined above.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products, we do not offer refunds on purchases.

Approved claims for products damaged during shipping will be resolved through a replacement of the same item, subject to product availability. If the original item is unavailable, B.E.S.T. Cosmetics & Skincare reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement or store credit.
